Currently, Hajar serves as a lecturer in the Soil and Water Science Department at the University of Duhok. His professional interests focus on developing effective strategies for sustainable agricultural sector development, optimizing land use management, and promoting environmental protection. Additionally, he worked as a laboratory technician for the Agricultural Consultants Bureau at the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry for six years.

• Opened a workshop on data analysis using Minitab Software at the Science and Water Science Department, College of Agriculture, University of Duhok. April 15-25, 2019.
• Participate in a training course on teaching methods for higher education held in the Training and Development Center from November 2013 to January 2014.
• Participate in a workshop on EndNote, held Training and Development center for 2 days.
• Acted as a laboratory Technician for the Agricultural Consultants Bureau at the College of Agriculture, University of Duhok, for many years.
